Day 9: Today I am thankful for all of the cooking and prep we accomplished this weekend. Packing lunch and making dinner was a breeze.
Have I mentioned how much I love Greek yogurt? I mix mix in a little chocolate protein powder. It tastes like chocolate mousse. You can have this for breakfast or eat it as a snack.
Here is my recipe.
Chocolaty yogurt:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all together until the protein powder is blended well.
Top with 1/3 cup fruit of your choice (I like to use strawberries or raspberries)
