Marathon Training - Working Out With Friends

Day11: I am so excited today. My daughter Allison will be joining me at the gym. I love when my kids take charge of their health and well being!

Today I will run 3 miles and do a bit of strength training. Pretty simple easy day today.

Tip of the day: Have fun! Invite a friend or family member to go along with you. It is amazing how fast the time goes by and how great you feel, after a good workout with a friend or family member there with you.
