Marathon Training

Day 18: After my grueling workouts yesterday, I needed an easy day today. I ran my 3 miles and took off for home.

I am so thankful that after the crazy busy day we had a work I could not wait to lace up my shoes and go for a run.

What kind of workout do you like to do when you have had a stressful day at work?
