Marathon Training - Hal Higdon iPhone App

Day 13: Today will be a long run day. 7 miles. I have not run this distance in a couple of months, so wish me luck.

A couple of you have asked what training program I am using. I am using the Hal Higdon Marathon method that was suggested to me by a friend.
