Marathon Training

Days 38 - 41: Call me lame... I have been super busy this past week with, well you guessed it LIFE!
My workouts have been awesome and I am right on track. I am so loving being back in the pool and cycle room. I still have so much to learn!

Sunday was a big run for me, 12 miles. I managed to finish, but running around around a track for 12 miles makes one a bit dizzy. So my next long run I will venture out from the park.

I have not been staying on track with my strength training. My goal this week is to get back at it.

I am very excited that my son Drew wants to start running with me again. Hooray! He is such a fun running partner.
